I'm Lydia, a Catholic birth doula serving Western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities Area. God has called me to make a gift of myself by serving women and babies! My mission is to help all women have a positive, empowering and dignified birth experience. I believe that birth is a sacred initiation into motherhood and must be reclaimed by women.
